Report an error

The "Report an error" link is available in the footer of every section of the Portal.

Clicking on this link opens an application form with the following data entry fields:

       Type of issue (one of the options offered must be selected):

     o        Technical issue;

     o        Grammar mistake;

     o        Suggestion for improving the site;

       Description. Required field, up to 2000 characters;

       Add an attachment. Optional field. Multiple attachments can be added;

       Your e-mail address. Optional field. May be used to communicate with the sender;

       Phone number. Optional field. May be used to communicate with the sender.

Once the "Send" button is pressed, the information is sent to the responsible employees of the RE, who will review the application and, if necessary, contact the person that sent the information if they provided an e-mail address or phone number.
