Profiles

Once the user authenticates in the Portal, a natural person profile is opened in the user’s CWP. If the user has the right of representation in legal entities or has been granted the right to work with legal entities, then the user can switch between their natural person’s profile and the available legal entity profiles.

Natural person profile

Every user has one natural person profile, from which the user can access the following CWP sections:

       Represented entities: displayed only if the user (natural person) has the right of representation or an active delegation;

       Contact information: contact details of the user (natural person);

       Service catalogue: list of services provided by RE and available to the user;

       Applications: overview of the applications created in the portal and their status;

       Payments: overview of the applications created on the portal and their status;

       Other legal entities, legal facts: the section is only available if the client has at least one legal fact or other legal entity;

       History: history of actions performed in the Portal;

       Delegations: the section is only available to a natural person if the user has been awarded a delegation.

Legal entity profile

If a user has been awarded the right of representation in a legal entity, then the user can switch to the profiles of that entity in CWP (see section "Switching between profiles").

The following CWP sections are available to the user via the legal entity profile:

       Contact information: contact details of the client (the legal entity selected in the profile);

       Service catalogue: list of services provided by RE and available to the client;

       Applications: overview of the applications created in the portal and their status;

       Other legal entities, legal facts: the section is only available if the client has at least one legal fact or other entity;

       Payments: overview of the applications created on the portal and their status;

       Organisational units: the section is only available if the client has at least one organisational unit;

       History: history of actions performed in the Portal;

       Delegations: a list of delegations issued by the client with the ability to edit them and create new ones.

If no e-mail address is saved for the selected legal entity profile, only the "Contact information" section is available in the CWP navigation bar. Other sections will become available immediately after the successful verification of the e-mail address.
