Selecting the subject for which an application will be submitted

A natural person can submit an application for services on behalf of any legal entity (and natural person, in the case of insolvency services). In order for a natural person to be able to perform these actions, the user must specify the registration number or name of a specific subject (or the personal identity number in the case of insolvency services) on behalf of which the natural person intends to apply for services, doing so in the subject selection field of the "Change", "Liquidation", or "Insolvency" section of the service catalogue in the natural person profile.

The data entry field acts as a search engine when entering the details of a legal entity. When the user enters the subject’s registration number or name in the data input field, the Portal looks up records corresponding to the entered information and displays them in a pop-up list. To select a specific subject, the user must click on it or press the "Enter" key on the keyboard.

The personal identity number entered in the data entry field in the "Insolvency" section is not verified, and it is up to the applicant to ensure that the number matches that of a real person.

Once the details are entered and the subject is selected, the services available in the service catalogue section are displayed to the user. The main details of a legal or natural person are presented on the right side of the page, above the catalogue sections, with the note that the user performs the following actions on behalf of the selected party (‘On behalf of ...’).

By clicking on the arrows on the right of the subject’s name, the user can switch back to their own natural person’s profile and perform further actions as a natural person.

When the user switches between sections of the service catalogue, the selected subject is saved and there is no need to enter the registration number or name again.
