Application statuses and available actions

Applications can have the following statuses:

• "Initiated". It is set for applications when they are created and remains in place until the "Submit" button is pressed. Actions available to the user:

o "Delete". The application is deleted and removed from the list of applications;

o "Continue". The user can edit application data, add, and remove documents.

• "Submitted". It is set for applications after clicking the "Continue to submit an application" button and successfully submitting the application, and it is changed after the RE decision is made. Actions available to the user:

o "View". The selected application opens in read-only mode and an overview of the application is visible, with selected services, list of documents, selected basket services, payment information details.

• "Registered". It is set for applications after a positive RE decision. Actions available to the user:

o "Download file". Clicking on the document icon downloads the RE decision. If the decision is not yet available, a notification appears stating that the decision has been made and will be available soon.

• "Postponed". It is set for applications after the corresponding RE decision (decision to postpone registration). Actions available to the user:

o "Initiate changes". The user can edit application data, add, and remove documents.

• "Reinitiated". Set for applications once the user presses the "Initiate changes" action. Actions available to the user:

o "Continue". The user can edit application data, add, and remove documents.

• "Resubmitted". Set for applications after the user resubmits the application. Actions available to the user:

• "Rejected". It is set for applications after the corresponding RE decision (decision to deny registration). Actions available to the user:
