Sending a link to another person to sign a document

The creator of the application can also send a link to another person for signing the application documents. To send a link, press the text button "Send a link for signing documents".

After pressing the button, a modal window will open containing a field with the necessary link "Share this link to access the documents", input fields for comments, if necessary, and a button "Save comments and copy link". After adding the necessary comments and pressing the "Save comments and copy link" button, the System will save this link with other data in your computer's memory, from which, using the copy function or key combination: "Ctrl+V", it can be copied to e-mail and sent to relevant persons.

The recipient of the link must copy the link into the address field of the Internet browser to be able to view the relevant information content. It is only possible to sign the document online by authenticating in the Portal. The recipient of the link will be redirected to the portal's authentication page by pressing the "Sign documents online" button. After successful authentication, the application template will be opened in the "Documents" step, where it will be possible to electronically sign the relevant document.

The recipient can also download the document by pressing the "Download" button and electronically sign it outside the portal.
