Creating a delegation

To create a new delegation, the user must select the profile of the legal entity in CWP, in which the user has the right to award delegations to other persons.

One can create a new delegation in the "Delegations" section of the Portal, pressing the "New delegation" button located above the delegation table on the upper right side next to the delegation search field.

Pressing the "New delegation" button opens a modal window consisting of four (4) sections in which the following information must be entered:

         Personal identity number of the natural person to whom the delegation is awarded (required field);

         E-mail of the natural person to whom the delegation is awarded;

         Type of access – restricted or full access (required field):

     o        Restricted access is the right to access the legal entity’s profile, contact details, applications and the "History" section;

     o        Full access includes all "Restricted access" rights and allows one to manage the "Delegations" section.

         Duration: indefinite or limited, indicating the expiry date in the "End date" field of the calendar (required field if the "Never expires" option is not selected). In the calendar field, one can choose a date from the pop-up calendar, change the month and year at the top of the calendar window, or enter the date manually in the format specified.

Once the user enters all the required information in the data fields, the "Assign" button activates, which the user must press to save the delegation created.

Once the user presses the "Assign" button, the Portal saves the delegation created and displays it under "Delegations" in the delegation overview table.
