The Represented entities section is only visible through the profile of a natural person. The "Represented entities" section displays the subjects in which the user has the right of representation. If the user does not have the right of representation in any legal entity, then the "Represented entities" section is not displayed to the user, and the user always works through the profile of a natural person.

 

Displaying represented entities

Represented entities are displayed in the form of cards, where each card displays the subject’s name, surname, and personal identity number, or name and registration number. To search for a subject, one can use the subject finder and the filter located above the cards.

Selecting represented entities

Clicking on the selected subject’s card reloads CWP and opens the section "Contact information".

If a legal entity profile is selected and no e-mail address is saved, only the "Contact information" section is available in the CWP navigation bar.

The data fields available in the "Contact information" section are described:

•​​​​​​​       For a natural person in – Section 3.3.1 Contact information of a natural person;

•       For a legal entity in – Section 3.3.2 Contact information of a legal entity.

 

The selected profile is displayed on the right side of the page.
