RE	Register of Enterprises of the Republic of Latvia
REIS	RE information system
Portal	REIS public portal
CWP	REIS public portal client workplace
User	User of the REIS public portal who is a natural individual
Client	A natural person or legal entity whose profile is selected in the client workplace of the REIS public portal
External Organisation	A group of natural persons who need to work in a shared, closed profile. To create this profile, the first administrator, who can add new users in the Portal, must request access rights from the Register of Enterprises. All users work within the same profile, including creating and submitting applications to the Register of Enterprises.
